Not Allowed:

•  Outside food & beverages are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail

•    This ticket will be valid for the Palm Monorail only.
•    For identification purposes, carry a photo ID with you.
•    Visitors using the monorail can enjoy free parking for 3 hours upon validating their tickets.
•    Handicapped and stroller facilities are available for the monorail.
•    You are allowed with a maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person.
•    A hard copy of ticket is required, which needs to be presented at the counter at the time of your tour
