Booking Information
- Check in is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the tour
- Combo tickets for either activity options must be used on the same day
- The voucher must be redeemed at the Burj Khalifa ticketing counter ( applies to entry tickets)
- Dubai Aquarium open from 10:00 am until midnight (last admission is 11:30 pm)
- The Dubai aquarium is located on the ground level while the underwater zoo is located at Dubai Mall level 2
- Children below age 3 are not charged
- Child tickets are applicable to children aged 4 – 12
- Audio guides are available in English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, German and Arabic.
- There is a special audio tour for children aged 8 – 12
