•    A shuttle bus service is provided at the designated bus area to transport you to the ticketing plaza.

•    If you have pre-booked tickets, proceed to the pre-purchased tickets counter.
•    For an exclusive VIP experience, please visit the VIP premier experiences counter.
•    Ticket prices are determined by height, not age.
•    Visitors with reduced-price tickets must carry a valid ID.
•    The combo ticket for the waterpark and aquarium must be utilized on the same day.
•    Please wear appropriate swimwear during your visit.
•    The attraction is not advised for pregnant women, overweight guests, or individuals with physical limitations.
•    Guests with injuries or contagious diseases are not permitted to enter the attraction.
•    Children below 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
•    Access to specific rides is restricted to guests over 120 cm in height.
•    All guests over 120 cm in height require an adult ticket.
•    Taking into consideration the aforementioned information, starting from March 1st, The Tower of Neptune, Splashers Mountain, Splashers Island, Surfs Up, Torrent Beach, and Rapids will be temporarily closed for enhancements.
•    Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
