Prices

Price mentioned on the website are subject to change without notice.

Surcharges/Supplements may apply based on Major Events or Holidays. Mainly during Islamic holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.

Payments

All tours and services must be paid in advance except otherwise stated.

While paying to Arabian Excursions:

• You agree to pay the price posted on our website, including any applicable taxes.
• You agree to provide true and actual information.
• You agree that your payment will be honored by your bank or credit card company.

All reservations made with Arabian Excursions are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancelation or request for modification of the reservation, Arabian Excursions and the service providers are not obliged to honor such requests and the entire amount paid is forfeited by the customer.

We accept Visa & MasterCard. Payment will be listed as "Arabian Excursions" on the credit card statement. You will be charged in UAE Dirham (AED) at the conversion's rate applicable on the date of your booking.

Service Policy

www.arabianexcursions.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Cancellation Policy

FIT bookings:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the services begin: there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation between 6 and 4 days before the services begin: You will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 3 days before the services begin: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• Cancellation on the day of the services or after: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Group bookings:

• Cancellation more than 21 days before the services begin: there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation between 15 and 20 days before the services begin: You will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 14 days before the services begin: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• Cancellation on the day of the services or after: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Refunds, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of Arabian Excursions and the service providers.
• No Show: If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds can be provided. This also applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services, confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.
• Special Events Period: These are non-refundable in all circumstances (Trade fairs, Public or National holidays, New Year, Christmas, Eid, Easter, etc)

Booking Confirmation, Tickets, Vouchers

Confirmed bookings: Instant confirmation and tickets/voucher will be generated and send instantly. This includes API of suppliers.

On Request bookings: Once booking is done and paid, reservations team will process the booking where few more information is required to confirm the booking. These are non API bookings which needs attention to get the availability, time slots, etc to confirm the booking. Tickets/Vouchers will be send the customer manually.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
