Other Information:

• The Dubai Balloon is a Tethered Helium Balloon which is different from a Hot air Balloon. 
• The balloon is filled with 6,200m3 of Helium and is secured to the ground/winch by a cable.
• The balloon can fly up to 300 meters depending on weather conditions.
• The balloon can hold up to 10 passengers onboard the Gondola at a time. 
• The Gondola is made of composite materials and aluminum and contains a safety net around Gondola. 
• The number of passengers onboard and flight altitude is determined by the Pilot who will be chartering the fligh

• Should you not be able to use the ticket at all, for whatever reason, the ticket will not be eligible for a refund. However, there is an option to rebook for any other day within the following six months. This includes flight cancellations due to weather conditions or other causes outside of our control.
