Embarking on our balloon rides commences just before sunrise, catering specifically to aficionados of ballooning. To partake in this adventure, an early rise is essential, allowing you to embark on a predawn drive and witness the breathtaking natural beauty unfolding. The journey kicks off with the mesmerizing spectacle of hot air balloon inflation, followed by a brief pre-flight briefing, culminating in boarding the basket to gracefully soar across the expansive Dubai desert landscape.

• The customer receives a confirmation via email after successful booking. If it's not received kindly contact our customer service team.
• Complimentary pick-up and drop-off (Sharing Basis) available from any Hotel/Residence/Location within Dubai city.
• Private vehicles within Dubai can be arranged for an additional cost of AED 400 per vehicle. Pick-up from other Emirates, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali will incur an extra charge based on the location.
• Duration of the balloon ride is 40 - 60 minutes, subject to weather conditions.

• Not suitable for individuals with significant back/knee issues or those recovering from surgery.
• Not advisable for individuals with heart conditions or other severe medical concerns.
• Restricted for pregnant women.
• Ineligible for participants with physical disabilities or impairments.
• Not recommended for individuals with a fear of heights or flying.
• Minimum age requirement is 5 years, and the maximum age limit is 80 years.

• Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
