• Existing injuries: Participants must be free of existing or recurring injuries.
• Substance use: Participants must not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment, including medication.
• Physical and mental fitness: Participants must be free from serious physical or mental disorders that would hinder their ability to complete the physical and mental tasks required during the ride.
• Immediate medical attention: Participants must be free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
• Identification requirement: Upon entry, participants must present a valid photo identification document, such as an original Emirates ID, driving license, or original passport. The name on the identification document must match the name on the debit/credit card used for purchase.
• Ticket validity: Each ticket is valid for one person only, for the specified time and individual mentioned on the ticket. Tickets cannot be reused for multiple bookings.
• Prohibited ticket resale: Selling or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
